Virtual Event FAQ

The meeting is organised by the EEAS and  is financed by the European Commission, DG NEAR.

VENUE

The meeting will be held online in a  virtual meeting room. One day prior the event each participant will receive access information to the online event.

The event will start at 14:00 CET on 16/11/2020.

Each participant will receive 2 links for the event:

• One link for the plenary sessions.
• A second link for the chosen break-out session.

WORKING LANGUAGES 

Working language of the event is English.

EQUIPMENT

For the best experience, we suggest using a desktop or laptop computer and the internet browser. Before attending the event, test that your microphone and headphones are working correctly.

Although you do not need a webcam to attend virtual event, you’re encouraged to use your webcam during the breakout sessions to allow for a face-to-face experience with other attendees, as well as to record your question the the speakers.

We advise you to use Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome for the best possible experience.
